Some of the feelings of a fragmented spirit are:
Loneliness, numb feelings, tired, negative thoughts & feelings, terror, addictions, anger, remorse, feeling as if people are talking about me, not able to use talents and gifts, depressed, can't sleep or sleep too much, lack of self esteem, unworthy and just a feeling of something within is missing and unexplainable. Some causes may be from rape, emotional & physical abuse, and persecutions, also I find we do Warrior work in our sleeping state. We wake up exhausted. You may be surprised as to why you feel numb and how it happened.
Rosalind will do a Shamanic Soul Retrieval from those who took apart of your soul and spirit.  There will be table work, please dress comfortably. Include a Notebook.

What are chakras?They are energy centers. They are the openings for life energy to flow into and out of our aura (aura extends to 10 feet around us).  Their function is to vitalize the physical body and to bring about the development of our self-consciousness. They are associated with our physical, mental and emotional interactions, when our Chakras are off balance it effects our emotions, body and mind.I will teach in this workshop  how to feel a closed and open Chakra, and how to stay balanced  I will do table work, so everyone will feel the change. Hands on Healing.

We now have larger and more Chakras  due to Earth changes and the Ascension Process. That is why at times you may feel tired, ache,irritable, gain weight and more.  Things are coming up  in our bodies and mind at a very high rate to be transmuted into love. Past lives, DNA and cells hold memories of other time and places. They are cleansing  just like Mother Earth.
