Life Skills with Dallas

Cost $5 time 1pm
In this series we will touch on specific daily practices which expand from basic principles of diet meditation and exercise. Techniques will be practiced for release and forgiveness of people and situations. Hints will be given on how to feed out bodies to achieve a more stable existance. Exercises which can be done in the car will be given so that you may maintain muscle tone even with a busy schedule. This class is geared to help you attain a general state of meditative guidance to blend the spiritual and physical selves in a blissful life.

Insight With Denise Iwaniw

You’ve learned the basics and perfected your abc’s. Now it’s time to take your education to a Higher level of gnosis and spiritual realization.
Beginning in 2010, join Denise from 7:00 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. on the third Tuesday of each month for a unique class, geared toward the serious student of esoteric study who wishes to grow in sacred knowledge and expand the use of their Spiritual Gifts.
Through the process of learning and utilizing techniques such as: intuition,
meditation, breathing, sacred ceremony, contemplation, divination and prayer, combined with esoteric and exoteric teachings, each month will bring a higher level of knowledge and spiritual practice to the ardent seeker of mystic wisdom.

Reiki Gathering

You are invited to a night of peace, healing, and renewal. I am specifically calling on all of my students to come practice as well as any other Reiki practitioner. For anyone who need healing or wants to know a little more about Reiki you are free to join. In other words everyone is welcome. There is no cost but I would be grateful for a love offering to Mellisa for the use of her building. Please RSVP so we can make sure there is enough seating. Looking forward to seeing all of you there to share in the healing.
