For most people the holidays are the worst times for following a diet of any kind. So, come learn how to enjoy holiday meals and not regret them.
Baking and cooking without using dairy or wheat products. This will include Gluten Free and also Vegan options. We will be giving suggestions on how to make your holiday healthier and still taste good.
